What These Terms Cover

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 7wg ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the 7wg platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 7wg, including cricket betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and any promotional offers or competitions. They apply regardless of the device or browser you use to access the platform, whether that is a mobile phone in Dhaka, a tablet in Chittagong, or a desktop in Sylhet.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

Access to 7wg is subject to the following eligibility criteria. All criteria must be satisfied simultaneously at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7wg enforces a strict 21+ only policy, and age verification documents may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, or automated system). Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of 7wg or any of its related business entities.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party. Using another person's identity or financial details is strictly prohibited.

7wg reserves the absolute right to request supporting documentation to verify any of the above criteria at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any balance.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on 7wg at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or different identities — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances being voided.

Account Holder Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. 7wg will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. Your account obligations include:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete registration information at sign-up and keeping it updated at all times thereafter.
• Maintaining a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.
• Notifying 7wg immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Never sharing your account login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In line with responsible platform management practices, 7wg may request KYC documentation from any account holder at any time. This may include a government-issued national ID, passport, valid driver's license, or recent utility/bank statement. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated time frame may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions, including the withholding of withdrawals.

Deposits and Withdrawals

7wg supports fast, secure financial transactions exclusively through trusted Bangladeshi payment methods. All monetary values on the platform are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Players are responsible for ensuring they use payment methods registered in their own name.

Accepted Deposit Methods

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated in the platform's cashier section. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that matches the one used for the corresponding deposit.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy their applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be processed.
• 7wg reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal exceeding the KYC threshold.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, 7wg offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and special seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day (December 16). All promotional offers are subject to the following standard terms:

• Each promotional offer has its own specific wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry period. These are stated on the individual promotion page.
• Welcome bonuses are available only to new players on their first qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus per household, per IP address, and per payment method is the absolute limit.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full rollover requirement attached to that bonus has been met.
• 7wg reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms, or void bonus funds if abuse or collusion is suspected.
• Promotions are intended for recreational players only. Players using automated betting software, VPN masking, or arbitrage strategies are not eligible for any bonus offers.

7wg's decision regarding any bonus dispute or promotional eligibility is final. Players who disagree with a bonus outcome may raise a support ticket, but the review process outcome is binding on all parties.

Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 7wg platform. Any player found engaging in one or more of these activities will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, with all funds at risk of forfeiture:

• Fraudulent deposits, chargebacks, or use of stolen or unauthorized payment instruments.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or event.
• Use of automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or any software designed to interact with the platform without human input.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform's systems, games, or payment infrastructure.
• Using VPN, proxy, or any IP-masking service to access restricted features or misrepresent your location.

7wg cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial crime authorities when required. Evidence of money laundering or other illegal financial activity will be reported to the relevant Bangladeshi authorities without delay and without prior notice to the account holder.

Intellectual Property

All content published on 7wg — including but not limited to game graphics, logos, marketing materials, promotional text, interface designs, software, data compilations, sound files, and the overall visual identity — is the proprietary intellectual property of 7wg or its licensed content partners. This content is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the 7wg platform without explicit prior written consent from 7wg.

Limitation of Liability

7wg operates as a safe and reliable entertainment platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7wg, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from server downtime, game interruptions, or payment processing delays.

Gambling involves financial risk and outcomes are not guaranteed. 7wg does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or connectivity issues outside our direct control may temporarily affect availability.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

7wg is committed to promoting responsible gaming across Bangladesh. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a way to earn income or escape personal difficulties. Account Suspension and Termination

7wg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive conduct toward staff or other players, failure to complete required verification, or activity that 7wg determines to be contrary to the integrity of the platform.

Upon voluntary account closure by a player, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet cleared through wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus funds not yet meeting their rollover threshold will be forfeited upon closure.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to 7wg's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with full details of the dispute.

7wg will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing any further escalation. The language of any dispute resolution process shall be English.

Amendments to These Terms

7wg reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. Where required, we may also notify registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 7wg platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
